“After placing my order, I didn't hear anything from Diss Ironworks for 6 days which was a little worrying as a first time customer. Two days later my order arrived, however, it was missing an item. I emailed the customer service team and I received an email the next day with an apology and an explanation as to what happened. You can't really ask for more. Due to issues with the delivery company my missing item wasn't delivered for another 10 days (this was out of the hands of Diss Ironworks). When my delivery arrived I opened it to find that the wrong item had been sent to me! I emailed customer services again and didn't hear anything for 2 days, however, when I did I received an apology and was advised that the item would be redelivered. It arrived the next day. As a first time customer the experience wasn't great, however, the customer services team were polite and apologetic and it always felt like they were going to fix things. Would I recommend Diss? Yes, I would. I can't imagine that other people would suffer the same issues I did. Would I use Diss again? Yes, I would. The customer services team turned things around.”
“I’ve ordered from Diss in the past but this time they told me goods were in stock and then later told me they’d sold out. A little disappointed but I ordered another Le Crueset instead. It wasn’t my first choice though. Despite this little hiccup all went well & prompt delivery.”
