“In short, a lotta adds...but it does it's job! Happy with it. One criticism is that a more exesable location storge would be nice, I just went to the original folder and moved it to where I'd rather. Hope that helps others”

“Functional, easy to use easy to understand does what it says it can do. Ads? Honestly I couldn't tell u a single ad I seen using it over 8 hour period, I know every word like it's my favorite TV show.... App works n well overall great app tyvm developers.”

“It works, very reliable, it's easy to use,and but make sure you have an app lock so.it doesn't just disappear on you. And if you could take alook at the transition between windows , a smoother window to window transition would help the users adapt easier. Check your fast download it's not as fast as it's made out to be”

“so this app is regularly used for me personally it's been losing its edge on the competition lately but just earlier I was looking for it on my old device when I needed it. I wish it would go back to being undetectable for screen recording notifications and I wish the ads were less in your face and more in the sidebars and headers because the lag between clicks and loads cause you to click out of the app regularly.. I mean it notifying the app you're recording over that you've scshot like snap..”

“It has adblock, which is essential. And it has dark theme which often becomes important. But one essential thing that it lacks is the ability to download straight to removable storage, i.e. the removable micro SD card in your phone. Currently you can only download to the phone's internal memory. This can be a problem”

“I had previously reviewed and gave 5* but after a while want to give just 3. Only problems I'm having are sometimes the video is playing and the download button is saying there is no video. But sometimes it works perfectly fine. I hope these bugs can be fixed”

“Seems to have trouble with some downloads lately. Some (other) apps can only locate and dl the commercials while this app and another can find the actual video but download percentage or mb or kb per sec stay at zero and nothing happens. IDK if this is something the host sites are doing or what but it's very frustrating because the commercials keep coming fast and furious preventing any sustained effort to ensure I've tried everything and it's just not worth the time and effort when this occurs.”

“I have been using this app with others for a while and really the ads are just minute to what they could be for example youtube plays adds during a video. And there are really only adds between functions which isn't bad. And doesn't effect the experience.the app does what is stated and works just fine. Thank you for the time to create this tool and the constant upkeep to keep it going.”

“I give it a 3 star because your ad happy. I don't see an option to purchase the app to remove the ads. Secondly, you don't give the user the option to move the vdo's to another location on the phone. I had to install a file manager app to locate the videos to relocate them to another file location where they can be easily accessible. Give us the opportunity to purchase and to move the downloaded vdo's and or let us select where we choose to download to.”

“5* all day long. speed of up to 10MB per sec (that's good do speed). But the most impressive thing about this app is it downloaded a video from a site that I can't mention on here (wink wink). And for those who don't know the default dl location is /storage/ emulated/0/Android/data/downloader.video.download.free/ Keep up the great work folks!!!”

“App works fine and does what it says - I can't figure out what determines when a video gets downloaded as an mp4 or m3u8. Not seeing any setting anywhere to choose.”

“Ads aren't as big of a problem as other people are making them sound. I wish if I clicked on a link and it redirected that the new page would open in a new tab, As some of the sites I use have many ads. Not the apps problem, but the app might be able to fix it. Overall, love it. I'm able to watch movies offline.”

“The update did the trick, but I would have given five stars anyway as I could quickly tell that it was a bug. Oh yes, I should have started by saying that this is a tremendous downloading app and I can legitimately say that it is better than any i have tried because I had to go through about eight or nine of the damn things to find this one that works. I would be happy to pay if doing so prevented ads, but the ads are not too bad. Thanks.”

“Truly unfortunate. This is actually a good video downloader. In particular, it seems to do a better job of ignoring intro ads and finding the main video. Sadly, it has more ads than any app I've used of any kind. Worse, almost every click in the app triggers an ad. It's insane. I almost never pay for apps, but I'd pay a reasonable price for this one, except there's no paid option, just a horrible implementation of ad support in an otherwise nice piece of coding. I use it only as a last resort.”

“One of the better download video apps I've tried. Could be better with features others have: - More visible way to add and remove bookmark tiles (or add a note on how to). - Let the user control the directory files get downloaded to. - Fix the "Contact Us" link. It sends a blank message to myself when I tap it. - They're still in the app somehow but not in any folders. - Paid version without ads. If there is one it's not advertised very well.”

“I like the app. It does what I want almost all of the time. One instance the video was super clipped and laggy so I had to delete it. I don't know if it was the actual video or the app. My only other instance was one video clip where the sound was a couple seconds off from the video. Again, not sure if that was the video itself or the app.”

“Does pretty much what you would expect. I didn't notice ads, but I have heard of some people having that problem. Other than that, it's pretty good. Small Update: So, I noticed that more ads did pop up. I feel like every time you go to a different tab or section, an ad shouldn't play, at least not every time. If you just had less ads, it would be close to perfect.”
