2 Stars for the set-up instructions. They gave me a general sense of what to do. However, the set-up instructions did not match what I saw on my screen (iOS) so I had to make all kinds of guesses. I did end up paying my usual provider for one day of international services because my first guess was not correct.

“Worked very well in the USA on my holiday trip across Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and New York state. Yes: there were areas of no signal but I was literally in the middle of nowhere on a small road so that was expected.
Generally, the connection was very good and very strong. Much cheaper than buying data from EE.

The only issue I experienced was that when I arrived and my destination and tried to connect/activate my bundle, it did not happen. I managed to find the solution more by luck than judgement, that I needed to turn off my primary line first, wait for the easySim to connect and activate, then turn on my primary line. Something that could be flagged in the set up instructions.”

“I bought the easy sim as I was going on a family holiday. I purchased and paid for it before we arrived in Turkey but it NEVER worked for the whole two weeks we were there. As a result I wasn't able to use my phone to contact family in case of emergency. We as a family of 5 ALL purchased a sim from you and were left disappointed. We checked with your company that it would work in the area we were staying and were informed it did . I WOULDN'T recommend your sim to ANYONE as a result. I would also like a full refund for my whole family.”
