“Was worried at first if it would work. I switched off my main phone sim as I left the UK and when I arrived in Canada switched on the e-sim and it worked. Note this is a data sim, but you can still make calls via WhatsApp and messenger.”
“Recently purchased a USA 30-day bundle. It provided reliable access to data whilst travelling through Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington and New York. Very easy to install and monitor usage. Highly recommend.”
“Very easy to purchase and install. Being able to log on to see how many days and GB you have left is very helpful. The price is right too! I have already and will continue to recommend this to other travelers. Thank you!”
“Worked well for me. My daughter didn't switch her sims correctly so paid 'full price' for a few days. Once she swapped them it was fine. EasySim is soo much cheaper!
Couldn't scan the QR code except from a print out, which I luckily had.”
“Worked brilliantly whilst in the USA. Drove round California and Nevada and had great signal. Took a while to initially connect (15 minutes or so, tried restarting phone a couple of times) when I landed but was faultless otherwise.”
Hi Mohammed, we are sorry you did not have a great experience with our service in Pakistan. Reception is influenced by many factors, which is why we have partnered with more than one network in most countries (Jazz and Telenor in Pakistan). We would be very keen to know which network you were attached to - and if you tried to manually select the other network? It's a shame you did not contact our support, where we could have investigated the poor reception. We hope you will try us again when you next travel.
“Used easySim for a trip to the States. It was a no-nonsense purchase and worked straight away with a very easy-to-follow guide!
100% would recommend.”
“eSim worked well in the US, however, unlike advertised on the web only AT&T network was possible, but not Verizon which lead to some areas without coverage. 5G did also not work, but 4G without issues, so no problem here.”
“When I had an issue, my email was answered within 12 hours, completely solving the problem. Exemplary customer service and -- once it was up and running -- excellent internet connectivity”
