“There was a problem to scan the QR Code. Problem my mail account is on darkmode. To scan the Code it needs to be on bright mode or a white surrounding. Maybe you can optimize that. ;-)”

Hi Tom, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. I have checked your eSIM and I can see you used 84% of your data. I have also checked and I cannot see any support cases for you. It's a shame you did not contact our support where I am sure we could have helped with any connectivity issues. I will raise a support case with our network partners and ask them to investigate. Regarding price, we regularly check our prices to ensure we are competitive, so I am not sure what you are using as a comparison.
