I have also checked our support platform and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame. We have excellent coverage in both locations and we have more than one network available. “Great concept, but needs improvement in a couple of areas:-
I never knew how much data I'd used on a daily basis. (It would be great to have an app that shows usage from your allowance.)
It would also be useful to have calling other than through WhatsApp. I'd be willing to pay extra for this facility, perhaps an allowance for minutes, as with data. Introduce these changes and I'd rate at 5*. However I will use easySim for my next USA trip regardless.”

As you mentioned, calls and messages are available using apps such as whatsapp and facetime right now. We are always looking for ways to enhance our service and traditional calls and SMS are on our radar so watch this space!

“Mildly complicated to set up, mainly because there seemed to be nothing that actually said "well done, you've installed the eSIM, off you toddle". I was left wondering if it had actually worked. However, it had worked. Again, slightly confusing using it abroad, because I was never 100% sure which SIM I was actually using at any one time. All that said, it did work and it saved me from spending a load on my mobile phone and/or getting the phone frozen because I'd overspent.”
