Our network partner (Jazz) is the largest network in Pakistan and their coverage is wider than the other 3 networks which is why we selected Jazz. Unfortunately, due to geography, we cannot guarantee 100% coverage in all destinations but by endeavouring to partner with the larger networks, we give our customers the best chance of connectivity. “Using the eSim itself was very easy, however, downloading it to my phone has corrupted it and I now need to purchase a new phone. No sim was recognised and I couldn't remove the eSim. The only way to get my phone to work was by performing a factory reset. This allowed me to remove the eSim but the damage was done and the phone no longer works properly.”
