I can see you selected your eSIM for Mobile Data on the 23rd of February and that is when you started using data. Your eSIM was active throughout your stay in Portugal from the 23rd. We do recommend you switch off your Primary SIM while travelling and if you had done that, your home network provider could NOT charge you for roaming.
