“Update. So after speaking to customer service I'm upgrading to a 3 star review. They are definitely one of the easiest to buy from and their customer service is very good. I would recommend downloading a guide before you travel though in case you have issues using it.
So it was easy to buy. Setting it up was a painful experience. Setting it up on instructions provided by easysim was difficult as the qr code they provided wouldn't scan properly due to its shape. However I was able to get past all those and set it up.”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you did not have a great experience. I have checked your eSIM and I can see you installed it and used some of your data in Morocco. I have also checked our support platform and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame. We encourage all customers to ask for help - we know this is new technology for a lot of our customers. We respond extremely quickly and I am sure we would have overcome any problems you were experiencing.
Regarding the QR code, we have not had that one before so I am going to contact your offline to find out more.
