“Before I found the EasySim site I had no idea my phone could have an Esim IPhone SE2020). Installation and set up was incredibly easy (I am in my mid 60's). We purchased 10Gb packages for both our phones and used it in Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong where it worked beautifully, enabling us to utilise Grab apps etc. Very good value for money and although we used the data every day for over 2 weeks we still had data to spare. Highly recommended and will be our go to data sim for travel outside of the roaming area for our phone provider. Far cheaper and reliable than the previous system we used which involved inserting a SIM card. EasySim allowed us to retain our phone sim.
We are going to South America in the autumn and will be purchasing more data. Excellent system, wish I'd found you before”
“This worked perfectly for us whilst we were away and was good value.
The only issue we had was setting it up in the first place. You have to scan a QR code in an email that is already on your phone and it took me ages to find a way to do this on my Samsung. A link to click when you have WiFi or whilst still at home as an alternative to the QR code would be helpful.”
“Unfortunately the experience with easySim during my most recent trip was very poor. I purchased mobile data for Serbia and while I had no service so had to resort to pay my regular service provider for roaming. I had good service experience with easySim in the US but the inconsistency in the service has put me off from using it again”

2 Stars for the set-up instructions. They gave me a general sense of what to do. However, the set-up instructions did not match what I saw on my screen (iOS) so I had to make all kinds of guesses. I did end up paying my usual provider for one day of international services because my first guess was not correct.
I will use easySim again.”
“Worked very well in the USA on my holiday trip across Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and New York state. Yes: there were areas of no signal but I was literally in the middle of nowhere on a small road so that was expected.
Generally, the connection was very good and very strong. Much cheaper than buying data from EE.

“The purchase and communciation of an easySim was very simple and easy to follow. The only issue I experienced was that when I arrived and my destination and tried to connect/activate my bundle, it did not happen. I managed to find the solution more by luck than judgement, that I needed to turn off my primary line first, wait for the easySim to connect and activate, then turn on my primary line. Something that could be flagged in the set up instructions.”
