We sincerely apologise for the nightmare you encountered while using our service. I can see your 1GB bundle in Spain lasted for 3 days, but you experienced challenges in topping up. To add additional data, you need to purchase another data bundle for Spain. There were two issues with your second purchase:
1) Instead of logging into your account, you purchased using a new account. This consequently generated a new eSIM which would need to be installed, this possibly led to confusion.
2) The bundle you purchased was not for Spain. Instead, it was for the UK, which does not work in Spain.
It's such a shame you did not contact us when you experienced an issue. We have a 'Help' button when logged into your account which enables you to contact us in just a few clicks. We would have spotted the issue right away and help you top up.
We completely understand your reluctance to pursue a refund, given the hassle involved. But I am going to remove all the hassle and process your refund of £7 today.
Additionally, I am also going to message you privately to check you can access your account so it is ready for your next trip.

“The e sim provided by easySim was very useful in my recent Turkey trip. I was able to install the esim on my iPhone 11 before the trip. After landing at my destination in Turkey, I found the esim has activated. I just changed the setting on my phone to use the esim for Internet access and that was it. Internet was available at every place I toured. Only downside is no voice call which I was aware of while making the purchase.”
