“I had previously tried 2 other providers - totally unsuccessfully - before I happened to discover this. It was easy to install and worked immediately and throughout the whole month period. 50GB was more than generous enough to cover a range of activities, including some use of streaming HD+ services when WiFi was unavailable. I am relatively new to esims so didn't realise that they do not include the capacity to use your mobile either to make or receive phone calls (except those which can be made by internet). That is a drawback as to do so I would need to disable the esim, re-enable the standard provider (which charges a fortune for phone calls in Turkey) and then have to re-install the esim. Not a huge problem but a disadvantage.”
“Initially It was an absolute pain to add to my existing package. However I learned that there was a change of technology at the time I was seeking upgrade. The company's response was quick and amazing as soon as they learned of the issue. I have used the EasySim in the Uk without any problems or issues and it works seemlessly between wifi and mobile data. Very good value and I recommend.
To the extent I have now purchased a package for Canada. When I return to UK next year I will certainly be using this App.”

Unfortunately, your trip coincided with a change of our UK network provider. Normally, additional data is added directly to your existing eSIM, but on this occasion we had to issue you with a new eSIM instead. We appreciate this wasn't the seamless experience either of us would have wanted, but it was an unavoidable part of the network migration.
I'm pleased that once you contacted us via live chat, we were able to get everything up and running within around 15 minutes.

“Didn’t work even though I activated it and turned off phone sim.
Setting it up wasn’t straight forward either so perhaps I missed something but I watched and followed videos and read guidance and it still didn’t work.
I could see it on dashboard when logged in but when downloaded app it wouldn’t recognise my log in details and every time I tried to reset password it took me back to website and suggested I download the app so links must be bugged somewhere.
Overall it was just a very frustrating process and not a good experience therefore would not recommend.”

From what you've described, it sounds like your eSIM was successfully installed but something prevented it from connecting. It's a real shame you didn't get in touch with our support team while you were travelling, as issues like this can usually be resolved very quickly with a small settings adjustment.
