“Installation was not as clear as suggested. Following their suggested process on a Samsung Galaxy S24+, the sim was activated a day earlier than intended. There was no obvious explanation of how to start using it: since it was a Spanish SIM, I assumed I needed to indicate that I was using it only in the region, but I discovered by accident that I needed to indicate use abroad; this could have been explained more clearly. Also, I was not aware that the SIM covered data only; perhaps this was communicated, but I was under the impression I would be able to send texts or make phone calls, but I was limited to data only. In the end, I was able to use it, but the data allowance was so low that I used it only as a backup when I couldn't connect to WiFi, which was not ideal.”
“It was disappointing that easy Sim didn't download properly to my android phone when I was on holiday, but on my return after contact with them they couldn't have been more helpful & obliging. They have fully refunded my money & adding more to data to my wallet. A family member recommended easy Simm & had no problems. I would certainly use easy Sim again as their commitment to the buyer is outstanding..”

I have checked our support platform which is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame. Your eSIM was, and still is installed on your phone. You also used a very small amount of data so it was working. I am sure we would have solved any settings tweaks in minutes.
