“Easy to use did not have any issues when in america using this e-sim, notified me when i was running out of data with plenty of time to renew or buy more would definitely use again in the future”

“Sim card stopped working after 1 day saying it had no network. Tried every trick from the website but had no luck so ended up having to use my own roaming data which was a lot more expensive. For me, it wasn't worth it.”

“It was easy to set up and I only had a problem on one day when my daughter was using it as a hot spot and it stopped working, so we took care for the rest of the holiday. I was a bit upset because I had purchased a 7 day eSim. Because of my flight times, I knew that I would be there for slightly over 7 days, so I purchased an additional 3 day eSim, just in case of delays. I received a message to say it had been added on but at the end of the 7 days, I received repeated text messages (about 30, before I decided to switch the eSim off). I was really distressed by this and worried that I would be charged or the the 3 day eSim didn't work.”

It's concerning to hear about the repeated text messages you received after your initial 7-day bundle expired.
