“Very easy to install the sim, and very easy to switch between my easysim and primary one. Worked well in Turkey without any issues. I will purchase again when travelling.”

“Great service. Easy to set up and customer service team were very responsive when I do have an issue My issue was that the local network (in the US), went down, one evening, I emailed into the team and by the time I woke up early next morning I had been moved into AT&T. All very smooth and no issues for remaining 2 weeks I was out there”

“price is very good. unfortunatly the receiption is not always very good. it slows my phone wdown, when i have a second sim card activated. Thats why I cant give 5 stars. Other than thath i am very happy with your service”

“Was looking for my first e sim for a trip to Ukraine, data is very important there as you can get into serious situations and you need to have data to keep safe, most telecom providers charge extortionate amounts for add ons, the e sim from easy sims was easy to arrange worked just as it was advertised and was very reasonably priced”

“Easysim was easy to set up and use. Slight downside was very occasionally the 5G signal wasn’t the strongest in some locations. Overall though I would recommend and use again.”

Hi Nicola, Thank you for your review and I am pleased your first purchase worked well for you. Your second purchase was active and you used 4GB out of the 20GB you purchased. I can also see you purchased an additional 1GB but did not activate that. I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any requests from you which is a real shame. Your eSIM was active and I am sure we could have helped. It is really easy to ask for help, just tap 'Chat with an Expert' in our Help centre for the fastest response to any enquiry. “Wonderful service. One suggestion for helpful tips / troubleshooting to offer: The second e-sim I bought from you in 1 month was very difficult to install on my iPhone. The guide about activation failures was not helpful, and ultimately after asking ChatGPT which suggested to reset my network settings, only then was the e-sim working.”
