“Easy to get setup, clear instructions, although some of the iPhone instructions were a little out of date. Good cell coverage where we travelled (all over Sardinia). We overbought data, so we didn't end up needing to top off, so no experience with that portion of the service.”

Hi Nahla, thank you for your review. I have checked our support and I cannot see a support case from you. You can use imessage with easySim but your iPhone must have been trying to send imessage via your Primary SIM. If you had reached out to us, we could have resolved that in minutes.
