I have also checked our support platform and I cannot find a help request from you which is a real shame - I am sure our team would have sorted the issue for you very quickly. “I has never used an eSIM before and was quite worried that it wouldn’t work or connect I had absolutely no need to worry. Their customer service was brilliant. And I had signal the whole time I was in Turkey I without a doubt would use easy sim again”

“I used my SIM in Istanbul, Turkey, as a travelling football fan, got full coverage inside the Besiktas Stadium I FT my mates in Birmingham with no problem. It was so easy downloading an e-sim and switching to it when I arrived in Istanbul. Definitely a thumbs up from me.”

“The process of setting up the SIM was very easy, however whilst abroad we frequently lost connectivity causing issues as we were reliant of having reliable internet access.”
