“I purchsed the card on an advice from a friend who had just visited Russia, and the esim card worked well. It worked well for me the first two days. A new goverment order was issued in Russia that prohobits the use of all foreign issued Sim cards. And they remove network access for those. Thus, the card did not work the rest of the period I intended to use it.
I think, going forward, the card should not be offered to those who is travelling to Russia. It woud be misleading.”

The second purchase you made was a top up. We added the data to your existing eSIM and you didn't need to do anything - it's easy! :)
As it happens, you did not use all of the first data bundle and as a result, the top up was not used. I can refund that purchase for you or leave it on your eSIM for a future trip. I will contact you offline to find out what you would like me to do.
