Thank you for your review and we are disappointed you found it tricky. I can see you purchased a data bundle for Northern Cyprus and used all the data. You then purchased a top up and we added the purchase to your existing eSIM. You DID NOT have to reinstall your eSIM - it was already installed. I can see you raised a help request and we responded very quicky and explained that in our response. I will contact you offline to find out more.

“this is my second trip using easySim and what I would suggest is downloading eSIM before leaving and check that the APN is set correct, trying to amend with a 8 hour time difference, as I had to do on first trip, is quite difficult. That said respone when checking before second trip was very quick. Once abroad the service worked very well and I will be using again on any trip that I do not have Roaming included.”
“Great value compared to the price quoted by my network provider. Needed some help to set it up but once it was installed it worked well. I didn’t receive any OTPs whilst on the eSIM, not sure whether I should have or not.”
