Hi John, Thank you for your review and I am delighted our eSIM worked for you but I am disappointed that your Wife did not have the same experience. I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any help request from you which is a shame. We encourage all customers to ask for help if they get stuck and it is really easy to do... simply sign in to my.easysim.global and tap 'Help' for the fastest response. I will contact you offline to arrange a refund for your Wife's eSIM. Safe travels, Jim

“Easy to buy, easy to install, connected to local network almost immediately and mostly good signal strength. Useful reminders on data usage to track progress. Overall very good and will be buying another one for the Carribean next year.”

“Dead easy to set up and get going. For the USA it was one of the cheapest around but do shop around as for other countries it's not as competitive.”

“This is the first time I’ve tried an eSIM. I was going to the USA and for £10 thought it was worth a go. Have to say, apart from setting it up which I found a little difficult, it worked beautifully and I was able to access data during my 10 day stay. Would definately use again.”

“Zero issues with ordering, installing & activating the eSIM from easySim. Worked pretty well at my destination (Morocco). Naturally, performance was dependent on the local network(s) in the country. I would recommend easySin Global.”
