“Worked perfectly when we arrived in the travel region. Very glad we took time to contact EasySim while still in the UK to confirm settings on our Android mobile. EasySim support were very helpful in correcting some settings.”

“Easy to purchase, and immediately recieved an email with a link to activate. Very easy to set up and turn the sim off and on as needed. iPhone also lets you choose what apps you want access to using data. Good value for money.”

“Used this in France but it just didn't work. I had to keep resetting my iPhone to get it to connect and most of the time it just wouldn't connect at all. In 6 days, I think it was connected for a total of about 30 minutes. Not worth the money, even if it is cheap.”

It is very rare that we receive negative feedback so we take this very seriously. I’ve checked your order and can see the eSIM was activated on the 30th of December and the full 1GB data allowance was used within two days, which suggests the eSIM was connecting and actively transferring data during that time. “Really easy to purchase and install. Used it in Turkey and it never let us down including for video calls to the UK . The website instructions on installing and activating are quite straightforward but may need some re-reading if you re not tech savvy . Will highly recommend and will use the company again .”

“To be honest, it’s not as fast connection as I expected. I’m used to 5G, and it’s just keep on loading when I want to watch some reels on Facebook, actually I just really used it for direction nothing else”

“First time I've needed an eSim and this was very easy to purchase and set up. Used for 2 weeks in Morocco ans worked fine. Didn't use it all but thats fine, it was more for peace of mind so that I knew I could still use one of our phones outside the hotel compound. Great value as well.”

“Was great when finally got it working, but definitely nott straght forward to set up. Needs to be made easier to set up as needed to ask someone who was a comms engineer to be able to use it. Would not have been able to otherwise.”
