We have 3 versions for iOS and Android - Summary, Step by Step and Manual Method instructions. We also try very hard to strike the balance between adequate information and too much information. SIM worked as expected in Canada and Alaska. Signal strength was good. Only issue I had was how to add additional data. I still didn’t resolve it as website seems to suggest adding a new eSIM?
Also would have been useful to have had a small bundle of minutes simply for calling contacts/hotels etc whilst overseas as WhatsApp etc not used by all.”
