“EasySim had been recommended to me and I was very pleased that I acted on this recommendation. Even for a non-techy person, it was a very simple installation and it worked perfectly. I was in the Moroccan Sahara for 4 days and had no problem using my phone. I was able to make calls and post photos to social media. I would definitely recommend EasySim.”

“Order a easysim for use on my holiday in Florida, to avoid roaming charges. Easy to order,easy to set up and easy to use. Did a lot of driving so was using data while using satnav. Save me money compared to my mobile tarriff”

“Once installed and set up the e-sim was easy to use and functioned well. Areas for further attention was a. The set-up was not that easy and a confirmation email could be useful that it was set up correctly would assist. b. Daily Data usage could be made more easy to access c. A reminder was needed the day before that the esim was due to expire. ie It expired at 2pm in USA in the middle of a ling car trip when iphone maps were being used and so this was a surprise that the esim stopped working in the miiddle of a car journey! It should have kept going to midnight USA time not uk time”

Thank you also for your feedback which I have answered below: a - we sent an email to you when you installed your eSIM. b - you can view usage on the homepage when you are signed in to your account. c - the usage indicator on the homepage also has a date of expiry. I can see you used your eSIM from the 6th of November to the 6th of December when your 30 days ran out. You can top up and extend the duration by signing in to your account. “Purchased an Easysim for USA. Relatively easy to set up and very good value for money. Worked well on the West coast, just remember to disable your UK primary sim once you board the plane! Ideal for non Euro mobile roaming.”

I have also checked your eSIM and I can see it connected to a network in the USA on the 30th of October and you used almost 50% of the data purchased. I will contact you offline to find out more. “It was very easy to purchase the SIM. I did have difficulty installing the SIM on my Pixel 7am but the help i received from easysim was exceptional. The SIM worked well in USA, providing navigation on Was a and phone access on WhatsApp. I will be purchasing again on my next visit, particularly at such an excellent price”
