This was an Oz sim which worked well on Optus but when Optus wasn't available it would switch to Telstra where there was no data....what's the point? OH had a NZ/Oz sim which tended to go to Telstra and had data. Happy with hers but not happy with mine.

Hi Neil, thank you for your review and I am sorry you did not have a great experience. We have 1000s of happy customers that have used our service in Australia. I have checked and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame. I am sure we could have resolved any issued you were having. It is really easy to ask for help - just tap 'Help' when signed in to your account for the fastest response to any enquiry. I can also see you used over 80% of your data. Hi Joseph, Thank you for your review and I am sorry you did not have a great experience. I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame. I have also checked your eSIM and I can see it connected to a network in the USA on the 30th of October and you used almost 50% of the data purchased. I will contact you offline to find out more. Was difficult to set up and initially hard to get hold of anyone to assist. Once we did, it was a great system which was very convenient as didn’t have to worry about incurring costs

Although the data aspect worked very well we hadn't read the small print and weren't aware we couldn't make or receive calls, which did impact our holiday.

Hello Amanda, thank you for your review and we are delighted our 'data' eSIM worked very well for you. We do try very hard to ensure we make it clear that our eSIM is for 'data roaming'. In fact, the header on our website in large capitals reads "CHEAP GLOBAL ESIM DATA ROAMING PACKAGES". In addition, all of our bundles are for gigabytes. We do not mention minutes or SMS anywhere. However, you can send and receive calls and messages using apps like Facetime or WhatsApp as these use data. I hope that helps and we hope to see you on board again soon. Safe travels, easySim.

Used for Pakistan and only worked in the very large cities. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi Callum, thank you for your review and we are sorry you did not have the best experience using easySim in Pakistan. Our network partner (Jazz) is the largest network in Pakistan and their coverage is wider than the other 3 networks which is why we selected Jazz. Unfortunately, due to geography, we cannot guarantee 100% coverage in all destinations but by endeavouring to partner with the larger networks, we give our customers the best chance of connectivity. Using the eSim itself was very easy, however, downloading it to my phone has corrupted it and I now need to purchase a new phone. No sim was recognised and I couldn't remove the eSim. The only way to get my phone to work was by performing a factory reset. This allowed me to remove the eSim but the damage was done and the phone no longer works properly.

I have recently returned from the Seychelles . I activated the SIM prior to travel . I received a text from easysim a few days into my trip to advise that the SIM would begin a few days later - Even though i had requested it to start on the day of arrival. It was very hit and miss whilst abroad when it worked. Others who had downloaded other esims had no issues and had access 24/7 . I would not receommend or use easysim again there are better products out there.

My 2 out of 3 esim all unable to use. I bought one for thailand/taiwan. Able to use in Thailand but unable to use in Taiwan. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately didn't work at sea and nor on the boat in port however did work once when in Singapore.. Had to buy further internet from the cruise ship and expensive. Probably won't use again

Hi Mohammed, we are sorry you did not have a great experience with our service in Pakistan. Reception is influenced by many factors, which is why we have partnered with more than one network in most countries (Jazz and Telenor in Pakistan). We would be very keen to know which network you were attached to - and if you tried to manually select the other network? It's a shame you did not contact our support, where we could have investigated the poor reception. We hope you will try us again when you next travel.

I and my husband both used Easy sim for a trip to Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. It was convenient to have all these countries on one sim card. Unfortunately, as soon as we activated our easysim cards we lost the ability to make phonecalls, use facetime and send Imessages. So all the sim card gave us was access to the internet. Fortunately we use Whats App so we could use that for messaging and calls via wifi. The instructions on how to set up and activate the Easy sim are not easy to follow and it may be that we both missed something else we should have done during set up. So overall we were disappointed.

Hi Paul, we are pleased the eSIM gave you the connectivity but we are sad to hear you could not use your Apps. It's a shame you did not contact our support as I know we could have resolved this. I can confirm that our eSIM will work with Facetime and iMessage and WhatsApp. We are going to contact you off-line because we would like to resolve this issue so you are eSIM ready for your next trip.

I bought a esim which worked fine on my phone for when I was in the UAE. My husband did the same however we didn't realise his phone doesn't have the esim function so he gave me all the details. I could not get the sim to work. I contacted customer services who explained how I needed to set it up (I already knew this as I had one previously) when I emailed to say it still didn't work I never received a reply. A waste of £25.

We have investigated your account and we can see you raised a support case on 03-Sep and we responded in 49 mins. We didn't receive a reply from you so after 24 hours we followed up with another response. No reply was received so the case was closed. It seems like you are not receiving our emails, so would you please check your spam/junk folders so we can get to the bottom of this. And, we can see your data bundle was not used, so we will be processing a refund right away. We are going to contact you off-line because we would like to resolve the eSIM issue with your husbands phone, so you are eSIM ready for your next trip. Safe travels.

I ask support about slow rate in Brasil. One operator promise me a refound. Then second operator says that they will talk to provider :) :) :) I never get an refound and I never get an answer. I change then to another company and everythink was ok

Hi Axel, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. We tried hard to resolve the speed issue but we were unable to get to the bottom of the cause. We spoke with the operator and unfortunately, they were unable to locate a fault with the connection. We did not want to process a refund whilst you were using the bundle and while we were trying to resolve the speed issue. You are right, during our conversations we did promise a refund but hands up, we missed it! We will process your refund right away. Safe travels.

Purchase, activation and support is perfect, easy and very good. But I had very bad reception with the South African bundle in SA. Almost everywhere across Cape Town, very bad to no reception. So it did not do for me, sorry

Thanks for your feedback. We are pleased you were happy with purchase, activation and support. But we are so sorry you did not have a great experience with the data bundle. Unfortunately, South Africa is one of the few destinations where we only have one network carrier, meaning you cannot select another if it is not working well. We are working hard to add another network to South Africa.
