“It was time for our annual generator check up, but we noticed a few weeks earlier that it was not running its test cycles. Kevin came and chaecked it out….solar panels had rece been installed and the geo was not toluene’s back on after the installation. Kevin checked it all out, made sure it was just fine and that was that, except…..usually the test was on Wednesday, but Wednesday came and no test. Hurricane Lee looking as though it might impact us….Winslow office was happy to contact Kevin about a new test time. He called us directly to let us know the new test day and time….unfortunately he did not leave a voice mail so we had to call the office once again. All was well, the message was delivered to the office and thus to us. We were relieved and MOST appreciative! Especially just a day or two before Lee was expected! A great team!”

“Generally get there when needed for non emergencies. Since I ask for service remotely it would be extremely helpful to get an email summarizing the diagnosis and fix”

“Winslow maintains my HVAC system. I have also had several electrical and carpentry jobs done on my home over the past 9 or 10 years. They always provide a written estimate. They always show up when they say they will. When I needed emergency service, they scheduled a response right away. And they always complete the job reliably.”
