Jordan has been the technician at our house on two occasions recently, once to fix a problem with our AC, and once to get out heating system checked out for the winter. He is extremely professional and courteous. We really like his upbeat attitude.

From the first call to schedule the service to the day Mark came to service my furnace, I was impressed. Mark had my service records and he explained what he needed to do and recommended the next service to me. He worked clean like he was never there. I refer people to EF Winslow any time I hear someone needs that type of service. Thanks for all! Bill

Again, the problem was with my troublesome wall unit in the rear bedroom. It has given me problems off and on ever since it was installed years ago. Actually, I asked for a replacement, but that was refused. So I've had a number of techs look at it. One actually, said he was going to contact Mitsubishi directly; I doubt he ever did. Back in April it would not heat or cool. I stopped using it and made the appointment. This time, when the tech checked it out, it appeared to work well! So he did nothing with itl So I agreed again!

At the time of the service, everything seemed ok. However, we weren't using the heat yet. As a few weeks have passed, we started using the heat only to find the furnace is not working properly. Follow up service is expected tomorrow. Also, service rep, Ryan, seemed to misunderstand our account in that we were not on a service plan. He thought we were and that he was here for 4 hours. When I explained we paid by the hour, he finished - but, evidently, not good enough. We now have a malfunctioning furnace. This is an unusual experience with Winslow as we have always been very pleased with service.

I am usually very happy with prompt reliable service. Have been a customer for about 40 years. Recently however, the job the chance two bathroom fans was out of sight expensive. The supplies cost what their trades cost is. I've attached a note to my payment.

I called because the water diverter on my shower was stuck halfway between sending the water to the shower head and sending it to the tub faucet. The plumber came exactly on time, and replaced the part quickly. He made no mess. The bill was reasonable. He also replaced the tension rod for my shower curtain as a courtesy, because it was falling down too easily!

I did not receive a work order 618819. First all the men that have come here have been great to deal with. I will have to make an appointment to come in to sufficiently explain what I have a problem with and a picture of work. I have had Winslow many years turn my home on and off for winter so I hope to continue to do so.

Luke was the technician. I appreciated that he called to let me know when he was arriving. He came prepared with the equipment to diagnose the problem with the generator. After careful examination, he determined what was creating the loud noise when the machine shut down. Unfortunately, he was not able to remedy the problem. He assured me that he would consult Kevin and find a way to find a remedy. He was able to update the software so that the machine would power down more slowly and thus reduce the noise level. He was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He answered all questions respectfully. He is a credit to the company.
