“Hi. I received a Mercia 7x5 shiplap modular shed and it's totally appalling. Nothing is fitting as it should do. Bits are missing. It is costing me money as I'm having to pay someone to come back again and sort it. I had to drop one guy as he was taking so long to sort it. I want compensation for this shoddy piece of rubbish I currently have.”

“I would have liked to rate 5 stars, but the assembly was hampered by poor construction of one of the side panels.
I was unable to attach the rear rails, until I had run a circular saw along the rear part, as there was too much overhang of the side rails.
I would imagine that not everyone has a circular saw to hand, good thing I had.
Otherwise, my advice would be, don't lift the side rails with the top rail, as it will detach, because it's only pinned, with a staple.
Also, there is only space for 1 screw either side, to fix the roof.
All this considered, it's quite expensive for this quality.”

“Couldn’t fault Elbec, very helpfull shed delivered to an allotment, so address awkward but with a gentlemen from Elbecs help with using what3words, we passed on information and Elbec sent them photos very clearly showing where the driver needed to go they copied us in on the details sent, but Shires delivery people hadn’t been passed that information which is a shame after all the details were there, they did find us eventually”
