“Received the diamond privacy panel from "elbec",a really considerate delivery man lifted the panels to where I asks him to . On inspection these are the best quality I've seen, made really well, not flimsy but heavy and will no doubt last a long time. No rough edges and all the wood was securely fixed. The 'diamond' shapes are smaller than other panels I've seen giving a lot more privacy. Excellent product.”
“Although the sevice was good generally I found it difficult to speak to anyone as the phones were not
manned and the answer phone was cut short.
I know emailing was an option but it's not what i'm confident in doing.

“Arrived battered on one side. Reached out to company with photos but no response. Had to do repairs ourselves. These things happen in transit sometimes but a response would have been appreciated. Fine for bike storage but not sure how long it will last. Had to reinforce floor as really flimsy.”
“absolutley terrible, the arch is faulty have provided numerous photos's and opened a case with Paypal, Elbec agreed to arrange a collection with forest garden ,however the collection driver never showed up, despite waiting in all day, Elbec now have changed the agreement and instead of re-arranging are insisting I return the arch at my own expense, this is completely unacceptable, its not my fault the orginal collection did not turn up, I should not be held hostage because elbecdo not wish to pay the refund and Forest Garden haven't collected the arch. I may well take legal advice as this is out of order on all counts.”

“The time slot for delivery was emailed at 04.00 showing a delivery time before I had got up. Thre's little point in sending a delivery slot by email at that time in the morning. Who do you think would possibly read it at 04.00?”
“My greenhouse arrived with three very warped doors. Upon contacting the garden centre I was informed it was due to the heat. I don’t think so. They arrived warped. After a few emails they have now agreed to send new doors. Let’s hope these are not warped. It might be a good idea in future if orders were checked before they were sent for delivery.”
