The fascia boards would not be available for the side of the building, as this could entrap water on the roof, which could, in turn, pool into an area. Too much moisture within one area can cause a flux of water ingress into the building. The fascia boards that were not provided for the sides are to allow the water to flow from the roof smoothly and prevent water from building up. “Ordered a corner pergola, extremely pleased with it. The Pergola is well designed and very solid. It looks lovely in our garden and adds a great focal point in a rather bare area of the patio.
It definitely requires 2 people who are experienced at DIY to erect the Pergola as the posts and beams are heavy to handle. The instructions were clear but careful measurements are needed to get the post based correctly positioned. Everything slots together well once this is done.
It was an easy product to order online with prompt delivery. Would highly recommend this Pergola.”

“It was not what I expected it is more like a shed with windows we have had to reinforce the roof and the floor as I bought to use as an art studio.It also came with a crack on the front panel and the windows didn’t line up properly .Before the winter comes will have to buy more roofing felt as the stuff that came with it is so thin it was tearing as it was being put up”

“Very quick delivery only thing the time span was 7 to 6 and I wasn't sure if it was am or pm. Turns out it was am and they arrived at 7.10am. Greenhouse was well packed and all pieces were there. Felt the instructions could have been a bit better but got there in the end. Love it.”

“Purchased the greenhouse from Elbec. Design good. Building instructions terrible. Hardware poor quality. Structure quality not as good as I expected. The back section was warped & some of the wood of inferior quality. Shelves didn't fit & had to be altered. Better than many others on the market but still not good enough.”

“You get what you pay for. Hardwear not worth using. Window plastic, might as well use clingfilm.

“Delivery was ok on time -glad I bought my summer house when on sale as quality not as good as I expected. It would be good to have a video of how to construct rather than just the written instructions as had to redo some parts as not fully clear”
