“Terrible service from start to end.
Firstly I wasn't allowed to change my delivery address as I couldn't access my old email account.
When my product did arrive half of it was missing.
Multiple emails got me nowhere, kept getting fobbed off with blaming the manufacturer. Requests for a refund were ignored. I had random couriers calling me to collect the half of the product I did receive for some reason. When I finally did hear from the manufacturer weeks later they sent me the missing parts no problem. Wish id ordered elsewhere.”

“I haven't started building my corner pergola yet. The majority of it arrived, but not the single longest piece. I mean, I got all sorts of little 'bonus' pieces of wood with my order, but not the loooooong front piece. Instead, I had to wait additional weeks for it to get here. I don't know whether the fault was with Elbec or with the supplier/manufacturer, Forest. Elbec customer service kept me fully up to date and were apologetic, but still very frustrating. On another note, the promised warning of an impending delivery before the delivery date never happened first time around, and I was given a 'Hey, it'll be with you some time in the next three working days' the second time. I got a few hours warning on the day that it would arrive at a non-specific time, and that was it. Fortunately, I work from home. How others cope I don't know. Customer service were fine, polite, and so on, but I'm left with a feeling that they don't see a problem. I got my pergola in the end, so why don't I just go away?”
“Overall we are pleased with the finished summer house. Some issues with two missing cover strips, the wrong size screws and two missing pieces of beading. We have made do without the two strips, but had to buy a box of screws and the beading. Apart from that it looks good!”

“Delivery driver refused to put shed against brick wall which was 2m next to where he was unloading. Said kerb side drop off. Also refused to take pallet it was delivered on, again said not what he was paid for.
Shed was damaged on arrival although part of floor so hidden”

“Metal lean to shed 7' x 5'.
Fairly pleased with the finished product although the spec didn't say that there is over 250 screws, nuts & bolts. Very very time consuming construction.
My biggest gripe is that we did NOT receive any communication as we were supposed concerning delivery dates.
The only message I received was a phone call from the delivery driver to say he'd be with us soon.
I was at work and had to make frantic arrangements to get home for the delivery.
As I have used all my holiday allowance, I have now lost 2 1/2 hours pay.
Customer care department doesn't seem bothered. They are looking into it??”

“really pleased with my plastic 6x5 shed love how the roof lets all the sunlight througe but you can not look in from outside shed really strong when built even comes with a floor so glad i went for this shed rather than wooden shed which i normally go for easy to put up needs 2 people”
“Very helpful staff by phone when I enquired about the building.
Delivered on time with very helpful delivery man. I had not noticed I was a piece short until it came seperately and quickly following delevery under seperate cover with a note of apolgy. Brilliant recovery and I had not started to build. This item would have been 5 star but for purchase of quality felt which turned ourt to be uneccessarily expensive due to being over-size.”
“Arrived ontime delivery guy really helpful, instructions pretty good for a DIY person.
Took about 6 hours to assemble after building door and window frames beforehand.
Took about another 6 hours to paint !
