“The delivery service was excellent. I was disappointed in the quality finish of several parts of the building. Much of the wood was un finished and rough sides and edges, easy to snag on clothing and hands.
From a distance looks great, closer up no so great.”
“The Arbor I bought arrived at the time advised and the driver was very efficient and friendly, It came with a plan of the structure and pictures of the component parts. However. The parts had no numbers to identify them or instructions on how to put them together, which would have made the building or the Arbor much easier and quicker. The finished item was excellent”
