“I ordered a lean to gazebo but when it was delivered realised I’d been an idiot when measuring and it wouldn’t fit in my garden. Contacted Elbec, expecting to quite rightly be told it was my error and I could not have a refund but they were fantastic and along with the manufacturer, Palram, they arranged for a free courier collection and a full refund. Will be looking at their products again once I’ve got a responsible adult to do the measuring!”

“Delivered bang on time, excellent quality, very easy to assemble ( but you do need a flat level surface to make it really easy )
You have the floor, roof, side panels already assembled, just fix them together & affix the doors.
All fixings are supplied, along with some felt & tacks for the roof.
Very impressed with the structure & ease of assembly.”
