“While the product was pretty good the actual company that delivered the product sent the incorrect size base and did not readily accept that they had. They suggested I may be putting it together incorrectly which was a little patronising. Eventually they accepted and collected the incorrect base some 3 weeks later. They advised that ELBEC would credit the money for this incorrect base but I am still waiting.”
