“Looks good .however having worked in construction for over 40 yrs putting stuff together ain't an issue for me. and I know my way around a mastic gun .but it still leaks like sieve .and the opening light swells every time it rains .so it won't open till the sun's dried it out .no point easing the window as it would pour in .sadly not too impressed really.”

“Quality service from Elbec, arrived quickly & on time. Easy to erect the Salisbury Arbour, despite being an 80 yr old DIY'er, completed on my own in less than two hours! Looks good, but probably requires painting/staining to improve visual appearance as timber, although well treated, has many knots/imperfections. Maybe requires a sixth seating slat to reduce gaps between seat slats? Overall, a good product for the garden.”

“Bought a 10 x 7 Shire shed to replace an old one. While the product appears OK, delivery was a nightmare!
First shed arrived 10 day later via Shire's delivery contractor Pallex Group stacked 10 feet high on a pallet which had fallen over in the van and was damaged. There was no way the driver could get it out of the van and I was certainly not going to accept broken components.
15 days later another contractor delivered a second shed also stacked 10 feet high but would not bring it off the road into our drive because it is gravel. The only way to get the parts off the pallet was to cut the plastic strap holding them but this would have resulted in the whole thing falling over. Had to secure it by putting rope around and anchoring it to my car before unloading the pallet!”
