“The Broadway Arch was as described: sturdy and beautiful to look at. It was easy to assemble and when it was erected, it looked very solid. However I got different advice on how to fix it to the ground but still gave it 5 stars due to quality. I will definitely buy again as the arch is a beautiful addition to my garden. Delivery was prompt. Driver was helpful.”

“I was given three telephone numbers of people locally who could erect the greenhouse. After many unanswered calls no.i was in Kent, a county and nearly 100 miles away. The second no longer
did work of this sort. The third was OK and 40 miles away but by then I had found someone who
had done buiiding work for me before. I had to cancel the first delivery date as I was going to be
away and I now await a new date.”

“Was able to get a duplicate of my previous order. The only thing was that the product code on my invoice was different to the product code on the website. Was a different code system completely. I suspect one was the manufacturers code the other was the Elbec code. The girl in the office didnt have a helo sheet which matched ones with the other . never mind”
