“Very quick delivery only thing the time span was 7 to 6 and I wasn't sure if it was am or pm. Turns out it was am and they arrived at 7.10am. Greenhouse was well packed and all pieces were there. Felt the instructions could have been a bit better but got there in the end. Love it.”

“Purchased the greenhouse from Elbec. Design good. Building instructions terrible. Hardware poor quality. Structure quality not as good as I expected. The back section was warped & some of the wood of inferior quality. Shelves didn't fit & had to be altered. Better than many others on the market but still not good enough.”

Looks great, but very cheaply made. A few panels came with cracks in, the smallest cheapest nails are provided
The floor is flimsy
I've added thicker floor and used my own nails”

“My order was all on time and well made had to treat all my timber with paint and varnish it all looks good now I have paint it all went together like clock work order on day and come 2 days after payment excellent service as many make you wait a couple of months

“After 3 weeks .. 2 calls to customer service and one message unanswered .. still waiting on my finion and screw that was short delivered. I was told that I woild be sent a link to teack the delivery ... the link did not come .. so over 3 weeks and still cant finish off arbour with its crowning finion. Shame ..”

“Im very sorry i didnt read the reviews before i bought the wooden greenhouse. Ordering was easy but even after 6 weeks i dont yet have the complete set of parts! we found replacement wooden planks for one part that was missing but one perspex pane was missing, and then when the relacement was sent it arrived damaged. the replacement/customer process is laborious and i dont yet have the greenhouse i ordered... so beware!”
