“Firstly order didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, having got up before 7am, at age 80 and waited 'till 7pm on the evening before I could leave the house to walk my dog which left me to walk her in the dark!
There was no apology just a text message days later to say my order had been rearranged and when it did arrive there were 6 pieces missing. Had to wait several more days for them to arrive.
The person I was paying to do the work to install it for me had to rearrange his work schedule due to firstly it not arriving until a week later than it should have and then another revisit due to the order being incomplete !!!!
Not impressed at all with service and AFTER sales service.
The quality in itself is faultless hence me giving the rating I have.

“Dissapointed with the product as now the shed has dried out the boarding has shrunk and has left big gaps between the boards letting in daylight and possibly rain will now get in.”

“In the first delivery four parts were missing. These took a week to arrive. The shed has been assembled and despite ordering a pressure treated one we felt it needed additional treatment. Unfortunatley after only a few weeks the shed is showing signs of warping and has gaps in it.”

“I purchased a shed from Elbec Garden Buildings, and after making the payment, I received no further information about the delivery. Approximately five weeks later, the shed was delivered and simply left on my driveway.
The quality of the shed is poor, as it is made from cheap materials, including 1"x1" batons, extremely thin OSB, and feather board. Additionally, some of the support structure sections were broken, and I had to fix them myself.
Overall, it’s not a great shed, and their communication was terrible. I would advise avoiding this company if you can; consider buying local instead.”
