“My order was easy and I was kept informed about my delivery date often. Unfortunately, the day before delivery there was a slight problem with Shire, and I was informed I would only received one half of my delivery. I contacted Elbec and spoke with Kelsey who moved heaven and earth to ensure my order would arrive complete, and on the original day planned. Although a supplier issue and not an Elbec problem, Kelsey was fantastic and afterwards kept a close eye on my order to ensure we got everything we needed. I cannot thank her enough for her involvement and would definitely recommend Elbec to anyone in the future.”
“Bought a 6ft X 5ft) Palram Skylight Plastic Apex Shed in grey. It was delivered on time and took about 4 hours to erect with two people. The instructions were very helpful and could easily be understood. The shed is very flimsy and must be secured by bolts to the floor. You should not lay anything against the sides as they will buckle outwards; if items stood upright then ok. It would have been better for the air-vents top at front and rear to have been adjustable to stop rain entering.”

“The delivery was made at the time posted - email sent at 6.30 am for delivery at 7.30am! The driver was very helpful, carrying the whole load to the place I showed him. Although daunting at first, the erection was straightforward and instructions clear. The roof presented the greatest challenge and certainly requires 4 people (if you are not tall!) One piece was discovered to be missing but not vital to the construction. The completed building looks great and good value for money. It has been admired by neighbours, one looking to get the same model for their own garden.”
“I’m only giving four stars because my item is not advised to be delivered until late April early May. I am sure it will be fine! I am adding to the above due to the reply I just received, which implied I was complaining about my delivery time. I will state here I had no issues with this and didn’t really appreciate having it explained to me that they were busy. My issue may, however, be receiving a purchase review request, four or five weeks prior to my item arriving. I am not retaining an email on my system for this length of time, nor am I giving five stars to something I haven’t seen. My review explained, in my view anyway, why I had given the score I did. I promise I will wait, as I had intended to anyway, like a true subservient.”
“Found a lovely pressure treated summerhouse. It was out of stock at the time but I asked to be emailed when it was available which happened a few days later so I piurchased it which was an easy process”
“Good service, promptly completed. Sadly the product was not as good as I'd hoped. It's very easy to put together but the wall thickness limits the usability of this shed. As new it's very difficult to open the doors. With use it will become easier but for now it's a struggle. Looking forward to the freedom where we can see these things before we buy them.”
