“I bought the Mercia bike shed. This is a very low-quality product - poor wood knocked together any-old-how, presumably by low-paid and untrained work-people with no sense of shame about sending out sections with nails knocked in at the wrong angle, sticking out behind or splitting the wood. Some of the wood was also very inadequately finished with splinters that had not been properly planed and a dipped weatherproofing that had raw patches.”

“My son and I have managed to construct the double log store. However, we experienced some problems with the assembly which I think you need to be aware of....
Firstly, the three floor/shelf fascia panels were 20mm too long, so I had to saw them to fit. They were 900mm instead of the specified 880mm. There was an extra 810mm long shelf support, although that wasn't a problem.
The main problem was that the roof panels didn't fit across the two rear side upright posts without leaving an 8mm gap between the panels. All three uprights and the two back panels were screwed tightly together, so either one or both of the back panels were too wide, or probably it's more likely that the roof panel support frame(s) were not far enough apart to fit properly over the posts, leaving the 8mm gap. I managed to solve this problem by chiselling an 8mm notch out of the rear corner of one of the roof frames.
These faults might be a one off and I was just unlucky? However, some people might not have the tools or the know how to solve the problems, so you would end up having to deal with the cost and hassle of the returns. I think it would be worth checking some of your other packs to make sure that they are accurate. And perhaps you should claim some compensation from Rowlinson for supplying the faulty pack.”

“Received Elite Streamline Greenhouse within the expected delivery timeframe. Everything needed provided no missing parts. Delivery driver very helpful, putting all items safely where I needed them, and showed me which box was which and where to find assembly instructions. Driver placed the glass on wood to ensure no breakages. Construction was straight forward for the main structure, although twin door assembly took a little longer as pre-drilled holes fractionaly mis-aligned which affected smooth door operation, but easily adjusted with a file to elongate the holes by 2mm. Glass fitting easy with combination of Spring clips and Bar Capping for super solid structure. overall very happy and loking forward to next years growing season.”
