“Delivery was on time and product quality very good.
Pergola built today by carpenter and only difficulty he experienced was size of uprights which were in between sizes of metal spikes he had bought to fix into ground. To avoid puutting some packing in larger size which he felt might cause posts to move in time, he changed to smaller size spike and shaved down bottom of posts to fit tightly.”
“It would have been helpful to have the list of individuals items for the summer house whilst the delivery guy was offloading....left me a difficult job to heck it afterwards”

“Arrived just a pallet of loose pieces of wood not quite what I expected . Fairly easy to put up though and a few splits on panelling probably just as it was not packed very well . Still a decent shed and sturdy once up .”
“2 windows arrived broken. Driver took photos and reordered for me. following week a huge piece, looked like the side of a shed with a window in it arrived. Didnt look anything like the 2 small windows in the drivers photos. i made 2 seperate phone calls re this piece and had to ask my neighbour to help me carry it outside into the garden. Delivery driver came the next week and delivered the 2 correct windows and took away the big piece. which i had to ask my neighbour to put outside the front of my house for me.”
“Very pleased with the shed, just one problem. There are too many knots and they are very thin, you can see the light coming in. I suspect they will fall out at some point. Any advice on what to do .”
“This should have been a 5* review - the main product (a Global 8x4 shed) is an excellent product and arrived promptly. It was an issue with the associated floor kit, which I believe was supplied by another supplier, that led to a delay of several weeks before I could erect it. The "floor kit" (6 strips of folded steel) arrived without fixings, instructions and with a design issue; when I queried this with Elbec I was led to understand that the kit was not as expected and advised another would be shipped. I waited three weeks only to receive an identical item but at least with fixings. I made the necessary design adjustment (with an angle grinder) so that the floor kit could be assembled as per the poor instructions; Elbec customer services had lost interest by this point.”
