The time delay before delivery was predicted to be 5 to 10 days but communication re delivery was exceptional and they let me know beforehand the date it would be delivered and then on the day itself the time by SMS message - only a couple of days after the order was put in. The goods then arrived on time and in good order.”

“Great Web site and service. Have bought a couple of sheds from you now. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I have to wait 3 weeks for delivery, so it's just me being impatient. As we live in a small village with narrow roads it's great that you offer smaller delivery lorries. Keep up the good service.”

“Arrived as advised, however left on an enormous ‘pallet’ the size of a double bed that was very difficult for me to cut and dispose of. The product was inferior but maybe naively I expected it to at least fulfil the requirements of a greenhouse. In this area it failed until a family member intervened to resolve the numerous issues. On a positive note the prompt and efficient service I received from Elbec customer services has been excellent and appreciated. I’d recommend the company but not that product at all. Not worth the money.”
