“Eventually my goods turned up , when Shirley got involved who was Exellent from the off , I would say it was unfortunate that the fixing were not in the original box and that Yodal the delivery company were worse than useless but we got it over the line thanks like I say to the person dealing with the problems ( who wasn’t being helped by Yodal ) customer care”

“8x6 wooden greenhouse purchased and delivery arranged quicker than expected. Had to delay delivery due to holidays and rearrange on return which was easy to sort with just an email.
Overall building appears to be ok but a couple of the finishing pieces are not particularly good quality and will need to be filled and repainted.”

“Ordering and communications with elbec garden buildings was good.
The product was delivered with wrong assembly drawings and instructions. Elbec garden buildings sorted out this very quickly and efficiantly. The product was delivered with insufficient screws and after reminding about it, I waited 2 weeks without success. I was asked for my Post Code which I sent and then a week later asking me again for my Post Code and then a week later I was asked what screws were missing. Very frustrating. I informed them to forget about it and I bought the screw from a hardware shop near me.”

“Was a bit concerned initially as materials are quite flimsy and conditions were pretty windy. After waiting for calmer conditions the building went together well and the finished product is actually pretty robust. Had some strong winds and heavy rain recently and have had no issues. Overall impressed with product. Does require 2 people as stated in instructions.”
