“Appalling! 14 days. Still no product. No refund. The customer service is terrible. Upon contacting 10 + days of no delivery. They said they botched up the delivery, and will send next day. I called electrician accordingly. Called again on the day to be told no delivery sent. They kept my money 14+ days and counting. No clue if and when will I get refund. Raising this with ombudsman abd ny bank now.”
