“I always buy from here as the prices are good. Communication could be a little better and can sometimes take a while to here back from them. Over the time I have used them to supply CCTV equipment, I have noticed a markiable change for the better in the quickness of responses.
One thing that could be better is them updating the tracking information on orders as its difficult to know when stuff is being delivered.”
“The goods arrived on time and as described, however they were packed in only the grey nylon envelope and the boxes were crushed. One item also has been damaged slightly but I don't think it is worth the hassle of going through returning it and asking for a replacement.
Packing should definitely be improved as all couriers throw these boxes around during shipment.”

The 1 point deduction is purely for using the worst courier - FedEx.

“Overall I am happy with the purchase, prices were great for all the product I needed, payment was easy using my preferred method, goods arrived quickly but have deducted a star because they did not tell me I was missing 2 items which took a couple of phone calls and a wasted day to find out but to be fair they did ship the missing items fairly quickly, despite that would use them again.”
