“Lots of these smoke alarms on eBay with reduced life but got these for virtually same price from a reputable electrical store. Why gamble with a life saving device. Direct replacement for previous ionisation model, slot old one out, slot new one in. I’ll almost certainly use this store to replace my hard wired carbon monoxide when it requires replacing.”

FedEx failed to deliver my item, they then shipped it back to electrical wholesalers 4u, who signed for the returned package but, despite non of this being me fault, I am still waiting for my refund. My emails we’re not responded to and on telephoning I was told refunds take 10 working days. What an awful negative shopping experience I have had. Order from another company people, so many selling the same products.”
