“Order was sent out incomplete, I called them they said they need to investigate and will call me back, they didn’t. I call back again and am told the same thing. I complained that no one called back and after a few minutes the lady on the phone said items are out of stock. No communication at all and the phone staff are not helpful at all. Don’t recommend.”

When I track in DPD now it's showing that it's returning back to 727. Great disappointment.

“Ordered on Saturday, paying for ‘next day delivery’ - didn’t arrive until 4pm Weds. Tried to return the item and received email saying ‘return approved’ with further info to follow. Nothing followed! Very disappointed.”
“The worst company I've had to deal with in recent years. The photos of the electrical wire I bought in no way match the actual product that was ordered. I was sent the wrong product, and there's no option to return it because it was cut? But I didn’t order such a thing, plus it was even too short! In short, it's a sales joke.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. Shopping here is just throwing money down the drain.”
“I have not received my light - the cstomer servoce at the electrical warehouse were great ( real people) but a month after paying for it and not having it delievered - I went to a shop and brought a light. eectricwarehouse need to change their deleivery team Fed EX- who have poor customer service and dreadful AI. I hope that I will get my money back quicker!”

“Very unorganised and not at all reliable. Will never use again. According to the delivery policy items should of been dispatched in 1-2 days. Ordered on 02/02/24 still no response by 07/02/24. Needed items for a job so cancelled and went elsware and requested refund which they accepted but im still yet to receive. I then received a dispatch message on 14/02/24 i had to email again to tell them that i had cancelled and would not be accepting the delivery. They obviously then managed to cancel their side which is the only thing they managed to do correctly.”
“Took 2 week to ship the lights out, that’s not delivery time but how long it took to pick and pack and send. Did email after a week got no reply, called up and was told i would get a call back, got no call back.
Then 2 weeks after placing the order got a shipped email.
Don’t normally go out my way to leave feedback but this has come as a result of getting 3 emails from them asking for feedback.”
“Was happy with costings and website and ease of use. The schneider distrbution board has arrived damaged. A £400+ enclosure in it scardboard box with only a black plastic wrapping around it. Naturally thrown about by the courier and is now not useable.”
“EV Charging Unit supplied did not work. It's now over 2 weeks since I contacted the company regarding next steps and still no further forward. Now having to charge my car on a public charger.”
“The WORST experience I had so far with Online sellers. The order was not responding with a parcel which I collected from the Post Office (supposed to be delivered to my address). The parcel was damaged and some articles were stolen. Also invoice is set up for equipment NOT responding at all with the one included in the damaged parcel.
I am going to contact the seller to explain this unusual situation.”
