“Ordinarily miserly with public praise, I am compelled to admit that the Ensar team’s creations - some of which I am privileged to have experienced - are soul-stirringly sublime. The ouds, attars and Parfums speak for themselves: priceless, peerless and coming closest to that nirvana of perfection. What a remarkable testament to the marriage of human determination, passion and creativity on the one hand, and nature’s gifts on the other. The accompanying adroit marketing, repeated value propositions, and conjured words employed to spellbind the reader with the allure of the promised scent and stoke their primal fear of missing out, might tempt some yet turn others off. In either event, they are unnecessary and should not distract from the transcendental beauty of these fragrances.”
“MashAllah...this class vendor is one of the very few ambassadors of this ancient & sacred craft which we pray be blessed and by Allah's immense Grace, gain foothold for all time to come. Amen!”
“Wonderful variety of oudwood and oils that are irresistible. They fulfill all tastes and provide excellent shipment and quality. I do highly recommend it”
“the overall service is acceptable. the delivery timeline is reasonable. customer service is so-so.. sometimes the tone of communication seems quite arrogant. for clarity, the team attitude is disappointing not the product.
Update:
2 team members reached out to me, 1 asking for specific feedback. which I took time to put in a word document. my clear intention is meant for their improvement. one of the feedback is to follow up aka don't keep me hanging to wait for my answer. The irony, the team member still don't address the question properly. Separately, i received a WhatsApp message from another team member, asking if i have an outstanding unanswered question? so I did a recap.. (btw the question needs the team member to check directly with Ensar..). it seems he provided me a straight answer (not sure if he actually check it with Ensar though). He told me not to be disappointed with the answer...
my response to him was .. the answer didn't disappoint me, but the attitude. I hope we all can learn something here. if we promise to do something, please be accountable and make sure the person gets the answer even not favorable to them.
He made a promise to give me a sample(s) for my next purchase too. that's okay, (at the back of my mind - am not sure if the sample he wants to provide is something i am even interested). but let's give the benefit of the doubt.
After making a promise, he mentioned this would not happen again. i guess, expect me to believe his words..
subsequently, he asked for a specific favor..
am not sure, how is this fair?
am the one who feels disappointed.
Asking for a favor from someone who is not happy - is not the right timing..
at least give some time and work to prove that you truly mean what you said first.. I thought this is common sense, no?
let me maintain 3 stars for now..
will keep you all posted here.”
