“Order arrived quickly and it was well packaged. The capsules are in a lovely container and look impressive. Too early for me to pass comment on their effectiveness.
I have now been using this product for 4 months down and have noticed a massive difference. “After 3 days of taking the product I developed a really bad stomach and spent a 2 days on the toilet with yellow diarrhea. This has never happened before with probiotics but after doing my research I found this can happen for some people, especially if gut dysbiosis is present.
I’m waiting for my stomach to return to normal (still having some issues 4 days later) before I attempt again. I’m hoping this was a one off and I adapt otherwise £55 is a lot of money to waste.

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you had these symptoms when taking these. Our gut microbiome is as unique as our fingerprint, therefore your experience with our products will be unique to you. Whilst there should be no adverse effects, some people have reported experiencing an upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, or bloating. Those symptoms usually go away after your body gets used to the bacteria in the synbiotic duo cap (usually within 1-4 weeks).
We would suggest to persist if you can, as you will find once this passes you will feel so much lighter and healthier overall, giving you the results you were looking for.

“Customer service is absolutely shoddy and poor quality. Emailed telling them that my product had not been delivered because they did not put the correct address on it. Was told to wait to see if it would be delivered. Emailed twice since then and asked them to check with the post office. Nothing since then.”
