To address your concerns about probiotic survival in the stomach, our unique Synbiotic Duo Cap formulation is specifically designed to protect the live bacteria through the digestive process. Our Duo Cap system consists of an outer shell, which dissolves in the stomach, releasing fructooligosaccharides (FOS) to fuel the live cultures, and an inner core that houses 50 billion live bacteria. This technology ensures that the beneficial bacteria reach the gut alive and is 30 times more effective than standard capsules, as proven by SHIME testing.
While our capsules contain both live bacteria (probiotics) and FOS (prebiotics), we are mindful of UK regulations classifying these products as food supplements without health claims.
