Sadly can’t write a positive review as I paid for the 3 month supply 10 days ago. I was told they were resending my order when I contacted them after waiting 7 days for tracking information and not receiving anything. It’s now been a further three days since I was told they were resending the order and am still yet to receive any information to say they’ve even been dispatched. Sadly won’t be ordering again.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for tracking information and not receiving it within the promised time frame. We have had a look at the communications on this and can see you reached out on Sunday and the support team had arranged a replacement by Tuesday in which this was then delivered on Thursday. We want to apologise for the slight delay in arranging this, our team were enquiring with the delivery company on the status of your original parcel to see if it could be located and still sent to you but in this case it appears your order became lost. Our team are contiuing to work hard on any feedback we receive to ensure we do not have instances like this again as we want to ensure we can get your order to you within our promised time-frame. We want to assure you that this is not the level of service we strive to provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are extremely sorry for falling short of your expectations. Purchased a 3 month supply of Epetome 11 days ago. Still no update from delivery company. When enquired with Epetome I just received an automated response about how delivery times were longer due to Brexit.. would like more clarity on the situation and an idea when I can expect my supplements

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lack of updates from the delivery company. We understand how important it is for you to receive your supplements in a timely manner. After a further investigation into what happened here, we can see as your order was going to Ireland, this order was held due to additional custom charges which were required to be paid by the border so your parcel could be released, we disclose these additional charges, which we have no control over on our Policy page for your disclosure. To address your concerns and provide you with a better experience, we are looking into ways to avoid these charges in the near future if we can, however currently they are unavoidable for orders going to Ireland, since we left the EU during Brexit. After 3 days of taking the product I developed a really bad stomach and spent a 2 days on the toilet with yellow diarrhea. This has never happened before with probiotics but after doing my research I found this can happen for some people, especially if gut dysbiosis is present. I’m waiting for my stomach to return to normal (still having some issues 4 days later) before I attempt again. I’m hoping this was a one off and I adapt otherwise £55 is a lot of money to waste. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Our gut microbiome is as unique as our fingerprint, therefore your experience with our products will be unique to you. Whilst there should be no adverse effects, some people have reported experiencing an upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, or bloating. Those symptoms usually go away after your body gets used to the bacteria in the synbiotic duo cap (usually within 1-4 weeks). We would suggest to persist if you can, as you will find once this passes you will feel so much lighter and healthier overall, giving you the results you were looking for. Customer service is absolutely shoddy and poor quality. Emailed telling them that my product had not been delivered because they did not put the correct address on it. Was told to wait to see if it would be delivered. Emailed twice since then and asked them to check with the post office. Nothing since then.

I love Emily, so it’s makes it even harder to give this product one star, but I have been taking it for around 2 weeks now and I don’t see any difference at all. Very disappointing especially considering the price. Won’t be buying again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really do appreciate it! And for many this is normal after only 1-2 weeks of taking the synbiotic duo cap. Everyone’s body is different and some people will feel a difference quicker than others - it all depends on your unique microbiome and gut health. We therefore recommend taking it for a minimum of 3 months to experience your gut's full potential. We suggest to persist with it as we would love for you to experience its true power.
