After you submitted the annual update form on February 8th, your prescription was renewed on February 9th. However, due to inactivity on your account since January 2024, the pharmacy initially logged your prescription rather than processing the order immediately. Since your last order was from January 2024, we were waiting for your explicit request to proceed with a new refill. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Once you reached out for an update, we quickly processed and shipped your order on February 18th, and it was delivered on February 21st within the expected 1 to 4 business days. We strive to provide fast and efficient care, and we understand how important it is for our patients to receive timely care. We’d like to clarify that the $227.25 charge to your account was for your medication order, not the renewal itself. The $39 annual renewal fee is separate and covers the clinician's review of your updated medical history and the issuance of a new 1-year prescription. This also includes access to personalized care from our medical team to address any questions or concerns you may have. For your recent order, a 3-month supply of medication was dispensed, reflecting the quantity you requested in the form. This order is consistent with your previous order from December 2023. Took forever, received incorrect information about when to expect to arrive which when dealing with a prescription is a big deal Spoke with a customer service representative named Lisa. She was excellent as well as a supervisor whose name escapes me who likewise was excellent. Nonetheless, a decision was made to send my package by regular mail as opposed to FedEx. As such, it cost me the weekend without my prescription. I would give you zero Stars if it weren't for the two positive interactions I did have

The ordering process and delivery were very prompt. At this point, the effectiveness of the medication is not satisfactory. I have used other generic Sildenafal (Bio Sildenafil, DIN 02480980), and it has been very quick and effective. I have tried the brand you sent on 2 occasions to date, and it hasn't worked as well in terms of time or effectiveness. Consequently, I would be hesitant to recommend your services at this time.

The process to get an approved prescription was easy, but I was a bit disappointed in the service and the fact that it cost $39 to basically get an instant approval. I thought there would be a consultation with a doc or NP just to discuss options, different ways to take it (oral vs topical), etc. Even a 15 minute consult would have been enough to answer my questions.

Disappointed. Little to no effect at the prescribed dosage. I was using Sildenafil which was effective but gave me headaches. Delivery from Essential was fine though prices a little steep.

The service was great up until my package was stolen from my doorstep. I unfortunately live in a neighborhood where this happens often. I really wish that i had the option of picking up my package at the post office if i am not home.

The check out system is terrible. It is unclear what exactly you are ordering and how much of the product you will get. It needs to be much more itemized. And “subscription” should be monthly payments or payments every time a new bottle of the product is shipped. Not a lump sum all at once. None of this was made clear in the checkout process.

Delivery was not professional .... the package was found by my son in my backyard, on the patio . The package was thrown over my fence and landed on the patio !!!! ...i was lucky my dogs didn t get it before my son No reason to go in backward. The main doors are by the front of the building where the mail boxes are and the stair to go on the second floor also
