“Bought a gaming PC for my teenage son. He was desperate for it to arrive and the build process tracking experience was absolutely superb. When it arrived promptly (over Easter weekend!) quality was excellent and he has been very happy with it ever since.”

“Bought a new gaming PC had great customer service from ordering to delivery.Only 2 issues are to add rgb fans to replace the stock fans I had to place my order then amend it afterwards as an extra.Second issue is it reached me with a fan vibration which was very annoying to the point I add to track it down and fix it, this should have been picked up in testing.”

“From the moment of ordering to delivery, I was kept fully informed on the build the testing including an item which was out of stock. When the item came back into stock (3-4)days again fully informed up to despatch date which was very quick. Excellent service.”

“The website is rather confusing as there is no site a list of all options. Options for CPU, GPU etc based on if select Custom PC or Overclocked PC etc. Ordering was very simple. I was kept updated on progress via email which I really appreciate. Once PC was received, it was a simple few mins to get it up and running.”

“I have to say that the experience has been very positive so far. The PC was dispatched quickly and arrived in good conditions. One of the RAM sticks was faulty and I was sent a replacement within a few days. Definitely recommend.”
