“Good website, easy to build a PC and excellent advice pre order, both email and on the phone. My PC though didn't have all the features I specified in the build, eg monitor ports & card readers, but I have got around that with extra cables etc. Also it wasn't easy to order extra peripherals online eg screens as the website is intended mainly for computers.”

“I wanted a case they didn't supply - which could naturally be problematic. It wasn't. They called me twice in production to ask my requests and they then worked out how best to fit it. Great due diligence and great customer service resulted in a stunning (now wall-mounted) PC.”

“First ever pre-build after usually building my own. Price was decent, was easy to use the site to customise the build and got regular updates on the state of the build / when it was being shipped, delivery was quick and packaging was good.”

“Great experience from ordering to delivery. Advice from sales staff was very helpful in configuring the right PC for my needs. It was great to have updates right the way through the build from order, where it was in production, through to a "sneak peek" before it went into testing and the much anticipated arrival. The build time was remarkably quick and the machine is a delight to use, perfect for my graphics work and handles large databases with ease. Who knows, maybe I'll try a bit of gaming! Thank you Estripe!”

“First time buying from Estripe as an avid pc gamer. Process of selecting a customised PC was easy, there was constant communication and it was easy to view progress of the build. You even get to see a picture of your pc assembled! Highly recommend, have had no issues with my pc.”

“I had a little niggle with the cable layout. I installed my own GPU, and selected the box saying I would do so. However I had to re-route a cable and move the corsair fan controller to get power to the GPU. One fan in a set of 3 is also mounted 90 degrees out, so the colored wave mode doesn’t work properly across the 3 fans. Problems easily fixed, very happy with purchase.”

“Looks amazing but the cooler is hanging and not straight, the pc keeps randomly turning off and I have to turn it off by the main power switch and back on wait 10 secs kinda thing and then it works, had the pc under a month so not very happy but apart from that everything looks ok oh and I can’t change colour of the RGB fans either”

“Requirement for a very high performance workstation for R&D activities at an SME. Configuration process was very easy. No qualms about paying by pro rata invoice. The 360 degree build photos sent to us before dispatch were a very nice touch too. Delivery was hassle-free. The computer itself was very expensive due to its spec but still competitively priced compared to OEM and self-build options. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Without having to interact with any obvious humans (a thing I hate doing) the site helped guide me through putting together my new machine in a very user-friendly manner. It clearly showed what step in the build/test/delivery cycle it was in at all times. And finally, most importantly, my new machine arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, and is working without any hitches.”

“The process was simple from start to finish! There's no chance of choosing incompatible parts when customizing your PC. Updates were given regularly during the building process and timescales were clearly communicated. When my PC arrived I just had to plug it in and I was off! The PC was exactly as described. It was packaged well and there was no damage. Instructions for setting it up were easy to understand. Super happy with the experience and my new PC!”
