Thanks for bringing your concern to our attention. This is an eBay order and as such eBay do not like us sending business card or Invoices to their customers. We can in fact be delisted for this.
In respect of the missing product we have looked at the eBay order placed and the Folded Corner Clipping Tool was sent to you under eParcel consignment. Can you please clarify what product was missing from the order as we are unable to see it on the eBay site.
