“My order was short one bottle of drops but I was immediately reimbursed once I was advised. The drops work well, however I find the cream difficult to apply. The product wraps around the end of the tube and for me, is impossible to apply without using the tip of my finger. It's quite messy.”

I was not comfortable with this unsealed product so I wrote a polite email requesting a refund and explained why. I got a very curt response saying "that's how they come" with no instructions about the refund. Someone in cusutomer serviice needs to learn how to write to customers. So I called back and in an equally direct way once again requested a refund. I sent the item back and got the refund promptly. I am unlikely to order from this company again.”

I am still waiting on my refund (a week later) and now I see the exact drops I ordered on on the site, and on sale.
