I got a very curt response saying "that's how they come" with no instructions about the refund. Someone in cusutomer serviice needs to learn how to write to customers. So I called back and in an equally direct way once again requested a refund. I sent the item back and got the refund promptly. I am unlikely to order from this company again.”
