“The bottle of drops arrived partially collapsed! I don’t know whether the bottle contents are safe to use.? I have really liked using I-drop M G D. It’s just the condition of the bottle I am concerned about.”

Extremely disappointed with TheaDuo Gel dispenser. I cannot squeeze product out of the dispenser. Have resorted to using scissors to cut the end off but it is still almost impossible to use this product. Has it perhaps been frozen at some point or damaged in some way that it will not run out of the tube and into the eye?
I will not be reordering this product for this reason and, in fact, as it is doubtful I will be able to use it. I would appreciate a refund. Alternatively I am satisfied with the drops and would appreciate this as a substitute.
