The tracking number provided wasn’t working and I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed. Left a voicemail and sent an ‘online ticket’ but got no response. We, however also bought two I-RELIEF Tm Med Parma Eye Hot and Cold Theropy Eye Mask's that we expected to be more comfortable. They seem heavy and hurt my eyes from the weight. I have the tension as relaxed as I can. My eyes are blurry for half an hour or longer after using them. I am not sure that these Eye masks are all that good for my eyes.
