“I ordered some I-GEL drops a week ago and received an email the following day indicating that there was infact no stock on the eyedrops I just purchased. I am still waiting on my refund (a week later) and now I see the exact drops I ordered on on the site, and on sale. I find this was not good business and am not satisfied with my first and now last experience wtih this site.”
“At the moment, I'm not particularly thrilled, since the product I ordered was sent by Canada Post, and the postal service is currently on strike. I don't know when I'll receive my order. I wish it had been sent by another service.”
“Barely ever gives out coupons for how expensive it is. I feel like this is taking advantage of people who NEED the drops and are low income due to being visually impaired.”
“I am trying to get information on how to return a product that I had a allergic reaction to, but I have not received a response. Do you not stand behind your products?”
“The company is great, fast delivery.
The product is not good for me, my eyes turn red after using it for 2 days. I had to stop.
I bought 4 bottles thinking that was an excellent product. Is it possible to return the rest?”
“Made an order January 14 and I am disappointed for the first time. The order hasn’t shipped yet and I don’t know why.
Hoping someone will look into this as I really need my eyedrops due to severely Dry eyes.”
