“I ordered 2 items. One was very satisfactory whereas the other came unsealed with absolutely no security features. I was not comfortable with this unsealed product so I wrote a polite email requesting a refund and explained why. I got a very curt response saying "that's how they come" with no instructions about the refund. Someone in cusutomer serviice needs to learn how to write to customers. So I called back and in an equally direct way once again requested a refund. I sent the item back and got the refund promptly. I am unlikely to order from this company again.”
“Eyecart recently sent out a promotional email with a banner at the top proclaiming "Free shipping over $50." But their website contradicted this, and would only allow free shipping over $150. In the past, I have had to contact Eyecart to claim discounts that should have been applied automatically. Not impressed.”
“The products are a bit cheaper than buying them at your Eye Doctor that's why I buy it at Eyecart. The packaging are so bad and when they shipped it to me the box is smashed. I have called Customer Care at Eyecart and emailed them with pictures of how I received the package and no response.

“I love your selection and service but have been forced to seek out the products I most need elsewhere as you haven't had them in stock for several months. Please please keep your best sellers in stock or accept your loyal customers will take their business elsewhere which would be a real shame as I would hate to see you have to shut down your company. I still recommend you to friends, but have to warn them you may not be able to fill their order due to "no stock" on several items.”
“Prompt service and great delivery. One issue was 1 product short from order, and 1 product received was never ordered. Called and got told proper product will be shipped but have yet to receive it.. it's a wait and see time I guess as no other contact from Eyecart in regards to it.”
